Workmanship promise
If there is an issue caused by our preparation or application, we will review it and put it right where it falls within our workmanship promise.
The Spray Surgeons promise
Every Spray Surgeons job is built around proper preparation, suitable coating systems, careful masking and a finish we are proud to hand over.
If there is an issue caused by our preparation or application, we will review it and put it right where it falls within our workmanship promise.
Suitable surfaces are cleaned, degreased, keyed and prepared before spraying so the coating has the best possible chance to bond correctly.
We use coating systems suited to the surface being sprayed, whether that is UPVC, kitchen cabinetry, garage doors, shopfronts or exterior trims.
Glass, brickwork, floors, handles, trims and surrounding areas are protected before spraying to keep the job clean and controlled.
Before handover, we check coverage, visible finish, edges and obvious touch-up areas so the completed project looks sharp.
We explain curing, cleaning and maintenance so customers know how to look after the new finish once the project is complete.
What is covered
Straightforward terms
The Spray Surgeons guarantee is focused on workmanship, preparation and application. If a finish issue appears and you believe it is linked to how the coating was applied, contact us with photos and your project details so we can review it properly.
Different products and surfaces can carry different manufacturer guidance, curing times and durability expectations. We will always aim to explain the right care for your specific finish before and after the job.
Damage from impact, scratching, misuse, harsh chemicals, poor cleaning methods, movement in the original surface, damp, water ingress, failed old substrate or customer alterations after completion would not normally be covered.
Not always. UPVC, kitchens, metal doors, cladding and commercial surfaces can use different coating systems. The exact product suitability and care advice depends on the surface and agreed finish.
Allow the coating to cure, clean gently with non-abrasive products, avoid pressure washing close to edges, and do not scrape, sand or use solvent cleaners on the new finish.
